Arctic Valor is an attractive slot created by a smaller developer showcasing their skills. The game looks amazing, with a ton of animations, most of them centred around the Valkyries posing in different stances. The colors of the different valkyries were perhaps a bit too similar, causing everything to blend together somewhat.
The gameplay was not quite as impressive, although still a lot of fun to play. The icicles feature was a nice addition to the standard gameplay, but it could have used a better explanation. Even in the paytable, I struggled to understand exactly what they were meant to do.
I was pleased to see the different features activated quite often, keeping the game feeling fresh and varied throughout my entire playthrough. In the end, I even netted a small profit, which is always a nice thing to conclude with.
